GIANT FLOOR WILKES-BARRE

After an initial very poor install Giant floor stood up and did the right thing. Today they sent two very skilled and professional installers. They tore out the previous install and did an excellent job right down to the cleanup. There was even an offer to help us move the furniture back. Thank you Pete, Mark, Sandy for standing behind your work. John and Jeremy did a quality install as if they were working in their own home.

We had a horrible experience with an unprofessional installer. He showed up early but then had to leave to get a "buddy" to help him carry the carpet in. Then he had to leave to drive his "buddy" back, that cost about 40 minutes. Not only rude and unprofessional but he cut the carpet too short around the radiator. After telling us how good he was not honest enough to admit it until I noticed. Pieces just stuffed around...

If you need carpets go here! They have the best customer service ever! I measured my rooms wrong and they recut my carpet and bound it for free. I've bought carpets twice from the to fill two houses. Can't beat the price or service!
