GIANT FLOOR WILKES-BARRE

Back in February we had new floors installed in the first floor of our house and upstairs bedroom. The crew was fantastic and they got all the work done in a day. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier. Jenny in the store was awesome as well helping us pick out our new floors. Would recommend!!

Pete personally measured our place out, met us at the Scranton store, and had everything already picked out for us based on our needs for an ideal price. Then, through our own fault, we accidentally damaged an area of carpet. I called on a Thursday evening at 7:00 asking if we could get a quick repair, as we were having guests Saturday. Pete had a very professional installer there that Friday morning. Who does that? Giant Floor!

Giant sent us the best contractors to place ceramic tile on our kitchen floor.We have had many contractors doing different jobs in our house but none where as professional as Tim and Jeremy.These two men did such a beautiful JOB and they where so polite and kind and mannerly as well as very professional.Jerry and I felt like they where family.If you need tile you now know where to go.

We had Mitch and Ed out to install laminate flooring in an upstairs bedroom. Beautiful job and they even cleaned up after themselves. I'm super impressed and will definitely be using Giant Floor again.

The installers were very professional and did a great job.

Giant flooring just put in all vinyl flooring throughout our whole downstairs. I can't even begin to express how happy we are with the flooring and the job their installer did.. I absolutely love the decision we made. I thank Gaint for all their help!

Mark and his employees are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing deal. We came up and wrote the bill up for specific sizes. Then came back and said we needed to change it and find different sizes and still got the deal even though this carpet was originally twice the price. Without your help my kids wouldn't have nice carpets in their rooms. Thank you for helping us with our family project.

So today me and Brandon Harrison were searching for a small piece of carpet for a project. We stopped at Giant Floor to see if they can help. We met Mark, who was so helpful and kind, and ended up walking out with five times the amount of carpet we needed of NO CHARGE. We were amazed considering a different carpet store told us it would be $50 for the small piece we were looking for. I have never had such an experience before, and have never been so grateful to a business before. Thank you Mark and Giant Floors for being so kind. Although you treated us with such respect as two average people, you didn't realize how much it meant to me and my boyfriend who is a marine. Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!
