Worked with Mike yesterday. Got measured today. Went back to place carpet order, and Sandy was very helpful and answered our questions in Mike's absence. Placed order today, and can't wait for delivery!

Went above and beyond! Have a hundred year old house where nothing is square or completely level anymore. Our new flooring makes it look like it was build yesterday! Great people and prices as well! 10 stars

Great selection, great service

Our salesman Sandy was great. Selection and price was amazing. We still use the rugs purchased here years ago, and now we have some nice new ones.

Had a great selection of flooring and the gentlemen how help us was very nice and offer use stuff that wasn't on the show floor.

Great people and has everything under one roof.

Guys were nice and accommodating but a competitor beat their price by 1k. Sandy was a good salesman and nice guy though.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't try to oversell me on anything, gave me good options for what I was looking for, never tried to push expensive options on me because it's not what I needed. Hopefully the installation workers are as good.

Great Service, the manager brought samples right to my house for us to check out. And and the installers Abdul and his brother were very friendly to my young son. They were trustworthy and did good work!

We looked for months at Home Depot and Lowe’s for the right flooring with no luck. We stopped into Giant floors and described what we envisioned; within a minute the salesperson identified EXACTLY what we were in search of. Wish we had gone to giant first! Definitely has a better selection than the big box stores and much more knowledgeable associates. Highly recommend!
