My experience w/ giant floors..was very good we had problems with our floors and pete and the boys came out 3×..to make sure we where happy and they didn't stop until we where satisfied..and no extra fees for the extra services..very happy!

Had my backsplash installed, also had kitchen floor and dining room laminate flooring installed, while i was at in i had them recarpet my house. The saleperson Tammy was a great help in picking out the products and the installers were fantastic, they do a professional job and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend this company

Celeste was super helpful in the store. She assisted me through multiple times of changing my mind and worked with me for financing. In the end, the vinyl floors and carpet all looked great, however the installers initially put in white trim on my brown woodwork and did a sup-par job on the corners. I will say, however, it was remedied. They also left a huge mess of carpet scraps all over the steps that didn’t get new flooring and left their garbage from their lunch.

Now we're shopping for flooring for the rest of the house. They people are very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. They come to your home, measure for what you need and give you estimates based on what you select and advice on what issues you may encounter.
