The response was very quick. The salesman was very professional, came out measured worked around our scheduling for painting, and followed up that the job was done well, and we were pleased with everything.

Bought 1650 sq ft of FERMA 3/4 maple hardwood. Adam was our sales rep and was phenomenal. Great communication, great help, timely delivery, hardly any damaged product. our renovation ran into a big hold up also, and giant floors kept our product in a climate controlled warehouse for an extra 6 months or so for no extra charge. I did the install myself, so I have no feedback on that. Overall, I would highly recommend.

He showed me only what I wanted and did not pressure me to buy more expensive products. The installation was seamless. When they were done they asked if I was satisfied.
