I called Giant Floor in Scranton desperate for help on a DIY stair rug runner project gone bad. I spoke with John who asked me about the project, knew I was struggling and came to my house to help me! I didn’t even buy the rug there! He spent almost an hour at my house, gave me step by step instructions to install the rug correctly. He even gave me some tools to make the job easier. He wouldn’t take any money! I was blown away by such awesome customer service and kindness! I will definitely be going there for any further rug and flooring purchases!
