The men who did my installation in my family room and on my steps between floors did a fantastic job. They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. I've waited a year before posting this in the event something was not done right but no problems. I've also bought an area rug for my dining room that I love and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

I have not had time to write about my experience at Giant. I want to say that Alice took such great care of me, she made sure that I was happy with my carpet that I picked out, helped me find a great Kitchen floor and picked the best Contractor to install everything. 25 yrs ago I bought carpet from Giant and the carpet still looked great, if it wasn't for my small dog who had some accidents as he aged, I would not have needed new carpet thats the quality from buying Karastan carpet. My new purchase was the same carpet but a different color.

Back in February we had new floors installed in the first floor of our house and upstairs bedroom. The crew was fantastic and they got all the work done in a day.
