From start to finish our experience with Ashton has been great! We needed to sell my husband's parents' home after his father died in January 2022 and we had to move my mother in law into a board and care. The home had fallen into disrepair and so we needed a real estate company that would sell it "as is". We had seen the ads on tv for I Buy SD and thought that would be a perfect way to go.
