Second, the team is fantastic, headed by my closing manager Nick - his team is professional, considerate and friendly. Nik, stays on top of every detail of the process, from start to finish - he provided weekly updates by phone /text as to the status of my account. His team Seth and company are by far the best in the business, schedule appointments were kept and on time, respectful for the fact I was still living in the home. The inspection team, headed by Seth are organized and I had no idea they were doing their measuring, testing and inspecting. All were friendly and professional.
