I sold my San Diego home through I Buy SD.
I was a bit uneasy at first with the whole idea of an "as is cash sale" approach but everything went smoothly with minimal issues. Seth made the initial walk-through and offer experience comfortable and answered all of my many questions. Danielle was friendly, responsive and patient through the entire process. She took time to help me through the details that I needed addressed to feel comfortable at each step. I truly appreciated the professionalism, compassion, and caring that Danielle demonstrated from start to finish.

I entered into selling my home with more than a little trepidation. I had a very short timetable to sell my home so I could take a new job out of state. We Buy San Diego Homes was exceptionally responsive, and Seth came out to look at the property the very next day. After walking through the property Seth provided an offer for the property and even explained the details of the offer. Once I accepted the offer Danielle bent over backward to accommodate the rapid pace from offer to closing and to always be there any time I needed help, advice, or just to keep me informed on what was going on. From the beginning they were not just professional but kind and genuine. We were needing to sell a family property with 2 out of 3 people out of state. The communication and coordination of EVERYTHING was the best service ever. No one ever seemed rushed or bothered by our questions, they always answered and were always kind. This was a hard decision for sentimentality reasons, but they all helped walk us through everything and everyone was the best. I was the middle man in all of the details! But although I was the middle man, Megan at I buy SD was very helpful and super amazing! This was my first experience of selling a house with my husband . It started with Seth making us a fair offer that made us know we made the right choice going with I BuySD. We were in the process of packing and I had a medical emergency and that‘s when Blair Carson help me with the process of getting all the things that needed to be done to close the sell of the house while I was in the hospital .
