GG Homes welcomed my overwhelming challenge of selling my family home with all its shortcomings up to and including tenants that may need to be evicted and a property that needed serious work. Well, It was time to move, and we had been through two different property sales, and just did not want to go through the showings and strangers going through our house. We had two rescue cats that meant more to us than anything else in the world and did not want to put them through the process. Our house was in very minor disrepair, and we could have fixed it and called a realtor and listed the house and that whole thing, but we did not want to go that route. I sold my elderly friends house in a cash sale. They were too disabled to make any repairs or clear out anything. The GG home representative came, looked at the home and made an offer on the spot that was fair and we accepted. He never said anything bad about how it had not been updated in 30 years which was important for my friends pride for their beloved home.The electronic escrow part was not too difficult as I had POA and took care of that end. Someone kept checking in by phone once a week to make sure everything was on target. Two appointments for the buyers to do their measuring and planning. And that was it. I don't normally writing reviews unless it was exceptional experience, and this time it was.

We are fortunate to welcome our 1st baby, which also means getting rid of the condo for a house with yards. Due to the hardship of my kid's medical condition, strictly isolation and cross contamination prevention were required (he has SCID, super rare disease of lack immusystem or bubble boy , there are only 11 kids in CA have it including my kid)

Posting and selling the home on the market is not an option since it will allow open house viewing for potential buyers, so we only left with buying "as-is" option understanding and expecting to have a rip-off offer, so I scouted the internet and found IbuySD.
