What really sold me, and eventually the home, was their valuation of the property even though it needed some upgrades and work done. I could have increased the value by completing those repairs, however this made it easier. I did not have to work with contractors, schedules, and loans to bring it up in value. Such a great service and Trina Miller was so helpful. Had to sell my parents condo quickly. Seth came in and was so easy to work with and with a fair and quick offer. Then the sudden event of the death of one of my parents and I thought all was lost, but Trina stepped up, helped me understand the process and worked with me to make sure everything eventually took place as quickly as possible and gave me such piece of mind during such a stressful time. When I contacted "I Buy SD", I wasn't really expecting much of an offer because I had thought that these companies really low ball you. I was very surprised when I received a very generous offer for my house as is. Everyone I dealt with was great and it really was as easy as the commercials say.
