My father (who turned 100 in 2022) died in May 2023 had left his home in trust to my brother and myself. I am came out in June and called I Buy SD. Tyler came out the same day to look at the home and came back the next day with a cash offer which we accepted. I came back in September to help my brother with settling my father’s estate when he unexpectedly died eight days after I got here.
