From the beginning they were not just professional but kind and genuine. We were needing to sell a family property with 2 out of 3 people out of state. The communication and coordination of EVERYTHING was the best service ever. No one ever seemed rushed or bothered by our questions, they always answered and were always kind. This was a hard decision for sentimentality reasons, but they all helped walk us through everything and everyone was the best. Definitely will recommend anyone to use them, we truly felt this was the company we had needed to go through this with.

Second, the team is fantastic, headed by my closing manager Nick - his team is professional, considerate and friendly. Nik, stays on top of every detail of the process, from start to finish - he provided weekly updates by phone /text as to the status of my account. His team Seth and company are by far the best in the business, schedule appointments were kept and on time, respectful for the fact I was still living in the home. I would highly recommend I Buy San Diego. Seth, Tracey and Danielle really saved me when the first company I sold to pulled out of the deal 10 days before closing due to certain HOA restrictions even though all my moving plans had been made. I Buy came in and got everything completed within the 10 days, not worrying about the HOA restrictions so I didn't have to change my moving plans. Thank you I Buy!
