Excellent customer service!! Wes was polite and very informative. Installation of roof took one day and the results were amazing!!! Workers were quite, efficient, and there wasn’t any mess left after job was complete! Highly recommend this company for roofing issues!!

I contacted Garvin Metal roofs. They are very professional. I love the fact a metal roof can look like a shingle. West was great to work with, but his 5 helpers were really the stars and really good. It poured the next day after the installation, the roof has an amazing drainage system, I had questions and West showed up at my house. Thanks. You get what you pay for which is more than an asphalt roof but it's the service, quality and knowing that I never have to worry about the roof again. It also makes the house stand out.

They care for their customers and want to make them happy. I had three problems caused by accident and they took care of them promptly. And at their expense! They did NOT try to brush them off. All companies should care this much. I recommend them highly.

Garvin Installed a metal roof and gutters. Supply chain issues and a mixup.made the job tough. Garvin was great about straightening things out. We can’t say enough about Wes, the job foreman. He was the key to getting everything done. He was extremely responsive and professional. Roof and gutters look great.

Wes was our project manager... we have questions and concerns during and after the roof installation, he was on top of it and very professional. When we signed our contract we were told the roof would not be installed until the end of May but only a short time after signing we have our new roof. The roof looks amazing and the quality of the roof is awesome. We looked at it and thought boy it looks like foam but its not is metal... To the installers, Wes and Garvin thank you so much!!!

Everyone was extremely professional - the person who answered the first call, the salesman, project manager, Maycol, Marlin, and the rest of the crew, and the gentleman who dropped and picked up the supply trailer. There was no sales pressure or upselling, which is an immediate red flag for me. They said possibly 8 to 10 weeks, but I got a call to get started in about 4.
Wes the project manager made sure I knew what was happening and when, AND answered a text at 7pm on a Saturday night. Love the work. I was home and saw the great work ethic of the crew, in and out in two days and left no debris behind. (the burn pile in the yard is my mess, not theirs).

Garvin construction did a very good job on my roof very happy looks fantastic. If you need a new roof I think the place to go is Garvin metal roof

I'll start by saying Wes was wonderful to work with! Very professional & easy going. As far as the Company- it took 3 months to start our roof. We signed 9/20/21, they said production was 8 weeks out, but they began 12/27/21. Communication was not the easiest & I did get aggravated. I was apologized to, of course. Once the crew arrived & Wes was involved it only took 2 days to get it done. It's beautiful- and we are pleased w the work that was done.

Wes was our team lead he was great when we finally got coordinated. I am horrible with names but the person that works under him, was wonderful. I love his work. They were all so very kind and the did a beautiful job. I was so impressed on how fast it was done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Garvin installed a metal roof on my home in May 2017 in one day. That improved my energy bills over the winter and kept my house cooler in the summer and I love to hear the rain on the roof! Needing new gutters, I contacted them this year, thinking that if they installed the roof, they're most qualified to do the gutters, as well, maintaining the integrity of both. I anticipated a delay with the pandemic, shortage of supplies and labor, but the whole process, start to finish took less than 3 weeks. They already had measurements, having done the roof, which simplified the process. We did tweak a few areas because of my house design, but that was addressed in 1-2 days and three quarters of the install was done in 1 day, with follow-up the following day. I no longer have a waterfall at my front and kitchen windows. Downspouts were added and a small portion of that was left behind to...

We worked with Jeff LaFramboise. He came out and showed us all the information on the roofs and how they were installed. Compared to the other companies we talked to Jeff really explained things. He gave us detailed information on everything. The installers were polite and courteous. They worked hard the whole time they were here and took one break for lunch. They cleaned up everything so that when they were done there was no trash. The roof looks great. We picked black and it goes really well with the siding, trim and shutters on our home. If anyone is worried about the sound of heavy rain there is no sound. We have had two very heavy rains since the installation was done and if you didn't look outside you wouldn't know it was raining. We are very happy with the end product.

The Garvin team did a very fine job of understanding the scope of our project; installation of snow fences. The installation was flawless and we are very pleased with the entire process.

Doreen was very helpful with my questions I had when I called to price out a metal roof for my home, will definitely keep this in mind for in the future when I finally decide to go metal.
