Had a metal roof installed and they have been back 3 times to fix leaks and now it is leaking again...

Really great communication and clean fast service

Okay so I had a roof replaced and there were some good and bad points to this as far as everything was concerned. The project manager Charlie was easy to work with because at the time I didn't know how many actual roofing projects I would be able to take care of at the same time so I broke them up according to what I could afford there was potentially four different projects which he was able to give me appropriate quotes for and each of them were taken care of as a separate project. Todate three of the projects were done and I'm happy with the outcome so far. I understand that the cost would be  higher than a normal roof so that I was prepared for Garvin was able to cater to how I was able to pay which was great. This was the positive of it. Now for the negative. There seem to be a a lack of communication between the different departments that work for this company not that that...

Garvin was super quick to repair my leak and are coming to fix my interior! I couldn’t ask for more! The work was done quick and hassle free.

The team was absolutely professional and diagnosed the problem right away.
We’re very grateful for a job well done.

Came in the winter to get the roof done.stuck to there word did a great job
