After researching asphalt versus metal roof systems. Decide to go with a Tilcor metal shingle roof. Contacted Garvin... from start to finish everyone was very professional and the installers were 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Garvin to anyone pursuing a metal single roof. You will not be disappointed…. they are the best!

Everyone I worked with at this company was incredibly professional, pleasant, honest, and patient: from the receptionists and the assistants to the sales reps and so forth. I’m a new homeowner, and I had a ton of questions/concerns. Josh (the sales rep I worked with) was always more than willing to shoot me an email or a text when I had even the smallest or silliest (in my view) question. Everything was always explained clearly, concisely, and without condescension. When something had to change, I was told immediately, and nothing moved forward unless/until I approved it. I was also very happy to have been able to finance this project. From what I’ve seen, that isn’t all that common. Every other person I spoke to, even if it was just once, was excellent.

A Garvin associate responded quickly to view our home and provide an estimate for a new metal roof. The estimate was within our budget and we were provided a 4 to 6 week start date. Our project was actually started approximately 2 weeks earlier. Michael and his crew arrived promptly at 7:00am on both days and our home was surrounded with action immediately. They worked hard, were courteous and cleaned up daily. The project took 1 1/2 days. There were some intricacy's with our home trim and flashing that was no error regarding the installation. We wondered what could be done to fit our personal taste so we brought it up to our projects manager Steve. He understood our thoughts and came up with ideas for us. Steve went above and beyond his duties to make changes to some of our existing trim in these odd places that appealed very much to my wife and I. Now that is customer service!! Not...

Wes and his team were very polite, prompt, and explained everything. They worked hard and made sure the job was done right. Even worked in the pouring rain. Garvin metal roofs were professional and did an excellent job!! They also helped us with financing. I would recommend using them if you need a roof. They cleaned up thier work , left no debri. Let me start by saying I couldn’t have picked a better company to do my roof . John who came to do the measurements, was very professional & thorough when explaining everything . I signed the end of June & was told they were Atleast 6 weeks out and it would be sometime in august before my roof would get started. I was contacted 7/14 letting me know they would be able to get me in the following week . The guy who delivered the trailer was very friendly & patient . Robbie was my project manager he was very friendly & professional! The guys were absolutely amazing & did such a great job . It took a total of 4 days to complete the job , the guys busted their humps in 90+ degree weather from 7am - to almost 7 pm at night . I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to do my roof ! If your looking to get work done , I highly recommend garvin !!!
