The overall process was good. From getting approved to scheduling the start, it was very informative. The workers were even out in the bitter cold in January doing it. There were a few spots on the roof that are clearly stepped on and bowed which is a little concerning considering the amount we paid. It is holding up well so far and do not notice any issues with leaking or otherwise

We had many construction delays before Garvin could start and they patiently waited until we finished our carpentry and painting. The start day was incredible with 8 or so roofers removing shingle, staging work areas, getting Velux windows installed, all the while keeping us informed. The crew was like a well oiled machine with everyone handling their jobs and yet ready to assist others. We are still amazed at the conditions each evening when they left. After all the staging, ladders, tarps, etc., the lawn looked as if no one had been here. (Pictures enclosed). Our supervisor, Robbie, was here everyday, answering our questions, and was a very personable ambassador for Garvin. All in all, the experience was so professional and we are beyond pleased with the final results, especially the variety of colors available and our choice of buckskin standing seam which is the perfect complement...

Garvin put a new metal roof, new gutters and replaced the 3 skylights on my house. They were on time, communicated well, very professional. They cleaned up area well and took care not to damage any landscaping. Mike and Robbie were easy to work with and they came through on everything they said they would. House looks great. Very happy customer. Would recommend their services to anyone.
