Garage Builders is great. We used them to add a second 2 car garage to our property to serve as a workshop. The project had a few normal unexpected surprises, but the Garage Builders team resolved any issues promptly. The trades are very friendly and always clean up after themselves. The end result is a very high quality build that I want to spend time in. Highly recommend Garage Builders for your project.

The team were responsive and easy to work with. Right from the first message I sent them inquiring about my build to the final completions, my calls, and emails were answered promptly and in full. Awesome customer service. They kept us fully informed on the build steps and major milestones, delays in construction projects are always a possibility in today's supply chain constrained world, we were kept informed about delays and the cause. The quality of work was generally to a high standard, change orders were easily accommodated and they were fully transparent on cost impacts. I had zero surprises and that is always a welcome outcome. Most significantly my project was completed within the budgeted amounts agreed with no surprises. I highly recommend working with Chris, Justin and the rest of the team.

The project was run smoothly, and I love the garage! Every 'trade' was friendly, professional, and their work was top notch. Their attention to detail was impressive. For example, every exterior seam was caulked carefully, with the right color-matched caulk; it's perfect! If garage builders ever moves into building houses, they will raise the quality bar significantly.

I had an excellent experience with Garage Builders from start to finish. Professional handling and quality work throughout. Garage Builders built a new garage for me during the Summer. They also built a new fence, retaining wall, steps, and landscaping for my back-yard. The handling of quotes, giving approvals, and getting contracts was a clear and easy process.

They took care of all the work for us like the building permits and getting colours matched. We didn’t have to do anything just watch the process happen! Garage builders was a great experience from start to finish. The quote was clear and itemized with options for upgrades clearly priced. Specifications are all written down in the quote and there are no verbal promises that are not included in the contract. So, when I signed the contract, there are no surprises. Construction was hassle free. Just be aware that trimmings are not painted (only has a primer), so ensure to state if you want this done by them.

Everyone involved in the project were courteous and displayed a high degree of care and skill. We were regularly consulted as the project progressed. The team allowed us to use some of our own trades for parts of the work. Highly recommended.

They were great, very organized, transparent and very receptive and responsive with changes to things we didn't like. My garage was a detached piece and was on a VERY sloped yard and they managed to make it work. Overall great experience and a trusted company I could recommend to anyone needing a garage.

What a great summer! Garage Builders spent two months building a custom garage in our backyard and what fun it was to watch the process!! The folks at Garage Builders and all the tradespeople we dealt with were friendly, polite and willing to answer questions...sometimes a lot of questions. We also had Garage Builders replace our house roof and siding (due to the June hailstorm) and they completed everything in a reasonable time when you consider Covid and the number of homes damaged by hail in our area (about 8-9 weeks). Thanks to all who were involved and I will be in touch when it is time to renovate our basement!!
