Before I met the caring staff at Functional Nutrition Resources, my body constantly felt like I had worked out hard but never recovered; I hurt all the time. My ability to do simple things I had always done became too hard to enjoy. FNR took a personal interest in my health without taking a wait and see attitude. I got help with nutritional supplements, by learning what my body should eat and what foods to avoid. Food really can be medicine! I am a new person because of their help.
