FNR has been such a blessing in my life. I was at an extreme low with pains, exhaustion, fighting to want to be alive and a part of everyday activities. I had lost my why in life and I couldn’t figure out what was happening. Doctors kept telling me labs and testing looked great and I should be living my best, but I was far from it. I was losing hope fast. Once I got connected with FNR, I met some wonderful ladies who had the goal of helping me out of my spiral and to achieve the true best me. They have been patient and gracious all along the way. Now I feel more confident in knowing how my body is speaking to me and am equipped to keep it healthy and strive daily to love life.
