When I started with the FNR team, I had progressing diabetes, adrenal fatigue; I was tired of getting more medications and never seemed to know how to eat
or live with these conditions. I've able to reduce some of my diabetes medications.

I have lost about 25 lbs, blood insulin levels are reduced by 1/2, better A1C reading, learned a new way of eating that
is very possible to maintain, reflux gone completely, learned that results may come slow on the journey but the
result will keep improving. I have a new awareness for the word “mindfulness “ and how it affects all aspects of our
health.

All the team have given encouragement and hope for that everything that is “wrong” can be changed! That was so
important for me to feel that I could do it!!!

My name is Debra I was was starting to have a downward journey with my health. I was constantly waiting for flairups. Thinking there was nothing else I could do, ( my mother died of colon cancer) I thought maybe that was my direction. With answered Prayer I was able too find my Amazing Functional Nutrition Team ( Jennette Berry,Mika, Amy and others behind the scene,)They are beyond helpful with guidance and directions,I myself am learning,self discipline, focus, and better life skills that are very doable. Thank You again My Function all Team. I started my journey November 2 2020. I already have more energy, actually tasting and enjoying my meals better, I have even lost 22#. I am totally 100 percent in to this New Life Style. Best thing I ever did and am doing for a better me!!!!

I've eliminated nearly all of the migraines and joint pain I'd been dealing with for 15+ years. My skin has improved, especially the itchy bumps on the backs of my arms that had always been there and I never really thought much about. They're completely gone! I now have energy like never before, waking up naturally at 6:30 each morning, ready to go, and maintaining that energy level well into the evening. My body, just in general, feels good. I'm not bloated at all, I can think clearly, and being pain-free and full of energy has reopened doors I didn't realize had slowly been closed over the years.

After following the program for a little over three months, I have more energy, I've lost 18 pounds and have lowered my blood pressure. I am feeling better with no stomach bloating/gas or acid reflux. I have also noticed I'm loosing less hair and I have less swelling in my feet and legs. I have not had a migraine since beginning the program. While I still have some issues to resolve, I am very pleased with the progress so far. It has been a lot of changes and a lot of hard work but it has been worth it.

Love this group! I am recommending to all of my family and friends. I didn't realize just how bad that I felt until I started feeling better after doing this program. Life changing! I have been in chronic pain for over 20 years, have auto immune thyroid disease, and auto immune related colitis. Since working with the team at FNR I have learned so much and felt so much better. I’ve learned how to be intentional about feeding my body what it needs. When I started the program I was newly diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases. I have always been healthy and not overweight and all of a sudden these autoimmune conditions wrecked havoc on my body...I was in a lot of pain, short of breath just walking to the mail box, had a rapid weight gain and constantly fatigued. Medical drs basically said there wasn’t much they could do for me but treat the symptoms. I’m an RN and I just didn’t want to accept that or take pills that all cause side effects. So I decided to start seeing a nutritionist (what could it hurt) to see if they could help me...in 6 short weeks I have lost 12lbs, I’m walking almost 5miles every day, have lost several inches (had to add 4 holes to my belts 😊.)
