After the birth of my fifth child, I was desperate for answers. I was experiencing fatigue, brain fog, depression, and severe anxiety. On top of that I could not lose the baby weight no matter how hard I tried. I did not and do not accept these symptoms as just part of being a mom. A friend referred me to FNR. To be honest, at first the price was a hurdle for me but my mindset changed after I met with Jennette. My health was so important and I had put it off for too long. Amy was my coach and I could not say enough good things about her. She was super supportive and encouraging to me. I literally could write a book here but to sum it up. They helped me pinpoint my health weaknesses through the lab testing and resolved most of those issues through food and supplements. They also armed me with information to better care for my health and that of my family. I could not recommend them...

I can say that I wasn't the easiest client to deal with; change isn't easy! I would have given up, however, the staff at FNR was so very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to assist in any way to help me reach my nutritional goals. I used to have days I had close to no energy. I would avoid going up the stairs in my house at all costs. Now I don't even think of it and sometimes I power walk up the stairs. If I wanted to hold my son, I would have to sit on the ground to hold him because I was so weak. I'm back to picking him up without hesitation now. I considered myself to be a healthy person - diet wise - prior to FNR but some things diet alone can't fix. An amazing place..I cannot recommend it enough. I am on the road to recovery. My conventional drs have not helped me for 10 years..they just give me more medicine to put a band aid in the problem FNR is getting to the root of my problems and doing the search with caring and support...all I could ask for. I had been prescribed aromatase inhibitors because of a small spot of breast cancer and they made me so incredibly sick. Well, the medicine in addition to a wildly stressful contract job (I wish I could go into details but it almost killed me. The job and the cvd19, that is.)
Anyway, when I showed up at FNR, I was 212 lb, I'm 5'4. I had festering acne that would not heal. I was stressed out, really angry and really tired. And everything hurt.
In the first month, my acne cleared up and my joint pain decrease to a point where I could start exercising again. Soon after, my stress level decreased, my mood improved. Within a couple of months, I was able to make it through the whole day without HAVING to nap. And as of now, I have lost 23#'s (4 months in).
Now I'm sure a lot of my results are exaggerated by the side effects of the AI drugs, but it doesn't change the fact...

This group of extraordinary people has been of great help and support. They walk with you through any challenge you face and truly want to help get you to optimum health. I was needing help with my overall health and mood swing issues I suspected could be related to diet. The FNR program was really detailed and they have good resources and responsive chat support. By the end of it, I was feeling much better and glad that I have personalized recommendations/resources to help me with my long-term health. The folks at FNR are a kind and supportive team. Before Functional Nutrition I thought I would just have to live in pain forever. That was my normal. Today, after only 2 months on the program, I have none of my previous symptoms such as constant coughing, acid reflux, migraines, no energy. That’s just to name a few. The list is huge! Functional Nutrition Resources has been beyond expectations. I am half way through my six month program and my results are not only noticeable to others, but I feel like I am getting my life back. I tried dieting and nothing was working. Within a few weeks of starting the program I could tell a major difference in my health. I now have so much energy and can keep up with my kids.
