My journey with FNR began with a desperate feeling to it. I have since learned that people come with pretty much the same feeling. Conventional treatment of symptoms was not yielding the results that patients had hoped for.
I had a variety of symptoms - brain fog, tiredness, gut discomfort, nausea, inflammation. I had attended a webinar that Jeanette led concerning inflammation, and she used a phrase that caught my attention. Using food as medicine - what a great idea. FNR has been a life saver and helped me get my life back. I had suffered from Infertility, IBS, endometriosis for around 10 years it was so bad that I had constant stomach aches bloating etc my symptoms seemed to be progressing. Eventually I started having Thyroid issues felt sluggish, fatigued, brain fog so bad it was sometimes hard to put a sentence together the bad days were far out numbering the days I felt decent it got the point I couldn’t go grocery shopping alone. I would recommend FNR to anyone who is ready to take a true healing aproach to your health. All the ladies are so kind and so helpful. They truly care about your progress. When I first started the program I was an emotional wreck due to hormonal imbalances and stress, migraines, no appetite that lead to unwanted weight loss, severe fatigue, and unexplained food allergies as well as intense seasonal allergies due to histamine intolerance. They knew exactly what to look for in all of my lab work to tackle it head on.
