I experienced amazing customer service at Freedom Wireless in Kanata. I recently purchased a new phone with a new plan and the process was seamless because of the awesome staff at the store. I recently received my first bill in the mail and I have lots of questions. I contacted the store and Todd guided me through the bill and found out I was charged too much and adjusted this. I am very happy with the outcome and customer services is clearly top notch at this store.
