When we first rented our home we had a different landlord other than Freedom. From what I understand, Freedom came along and took over. Thank God they did, as our initial Landlord was something to behold. Not in a good way either. Ever since they came on every issue that we have brought to their attention, they have taken care of in a very timely manner not to mention very professionally. As a landlord I used to manage my own properties. Freedom Property Advantage is the first management company I ever worked with and it has been the best decision I've made regarding my rentals. I don't open bills anymore, I don't deal with tenants, I don't get calls about things needing repaired, I don't do evictions, I don't find new tenants, I don't do background checks, etc. I don't have to think about the rentals at all. I just wait for the rent to show up in my account and review the easy to understand statement they send me every month. At this point I rarely even review the statement because I trust them implicitly. I simply know things are being handled and handled skillfully. I pay a small monthly fee and for that every month they do a rundown of the interior and exterior property; and if anything needs done they fix or or set a plan in motion to fix it. I don't know if I can be any more blunt than this (I hope it is appreciated) - when I first heard about this service, I passed, I was like - I can do all of this myself....What I will tell you now is that I have been a client for about 6 months and I just wish I would have signed up earlier. I will tell you that now, I can do the parts of home maintenance that I want to do, but can spend more time with my family and not have to tackle those projects, where I literally just do not want to.
