Freedom Property Advantage

He was able to fix the light for the backyard. He took all the furniture and misc items left on the property that was not ours. He will order a receiver and a remote for the one ceiling fan and resolve the garage door issue when they find the part. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and that needed done and ran to multiple places to try to get the parts that were needed. Very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the service we have received so far.

Fred was great very professional you’d never know that he had just patched a hole in the ceiling here

Fred did a great job. Quick and professional

Freddie was great! Came in and got the work done fast and efficiently.. Great customer service.

Freddy was super nice , he made sure to walk around and go over all of my concerns, he fixed what he was able to and told me that the company was sending others out to fix other issues such as the roof , was disappointed that my microwave was not able to be replaced at the time of his visit. I had previously reached out about the microwave months ago and it was never replace so I was hoping this time around when maintenance finally came that it was going to be replaced but I was told that once his work order went in that I should be receiving a new microwave and that I should be receiving the second rack that goes into my oven because one was never there when I moved in so disappointed in that as well because it was just a simple rack. Other than that Fred himself was amazing. and he addressed every issue that he was able to address.

They helped me tremendously and they always answered any questions I had and was quick to always get back to me

Not good

Service calls have always been responded to promptly by the service team.

I am in the process of moving into a property managed by Freedom Advantage. I am concurrently working with the Housing Authority for the City of Pittsburgh (HACP). The process has been confusing and, additionally, I was having trouble with Freedom Advantage's web portal. The Freedom Advantage customer service was fantastic in working me through the glitches and troubleshooting with me until I was finally able to complete and sign my lease agreement! She was very patient and pretty tech savy. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
