We had Donnie stop in to install the new dishwasher, fix a minor leaking valve in the toilet. While here he also fixed an outside screen window. He was very polite, and professional. Had nothing but a great interaction with him.

Donnie was AMAZING today! He came for an inspection and went above and beyond to fix a couple maintenance issues I had. He repaired the basement sink that was clogged and leaking. Had to go to the store for some parts, but came back right away and repaired the issue. He also fixed the bathroom sink that had been having on and off issues with leaking and drained slowly. While he was there I accidentally lodged the drain stopper too far into the drain and pushed the entire pipe off of the base of the sink, but he was able to immediately fix the issue. It drains even better and no longer leaks. Donnie was super friendly and polite. He was so helpful and seemed happy to fix these issues and any future issues that may arise. Thanks Donnie!

Hands down, the best property management company in the greater Pittsburgh area. I’ve used other property managers in the past and they don’t hold a candle to FPA. They go above and beyond what they’re contractually required to do for their owners—consistently.
Specific shoutout to Clarence who goes more than the extra mile from every standpoint. Whether it was keeping contractors on timeline for turnover to stopping by the properties to check in while vacant, he’s a rockstar. I can’t recommend FPA highly enough.
