Phil made getting our birth certificates apostilled so fast and easy. He knew what birth states required what, made arrangements so fast (as time was of the essence) and came to our house for pick up and drop off and then even overnighted them where they needed to go. Cautioned us to ask questions about needing translation of the docs, for our dual citizenship— stuff our lawyers hadn’t mentioned but could have potentially held up the process and been costly. Turned out not to be an issue but was so thoughtful to think of and pass on. No kidding, going with Freedom saved us days of precious time. So awesome. So professional. Convenient mobile notary- Very helpful

I had a document that needed an apostille stamp. Phil got back to me the same day and explained the process. The entire time I felt confident that he could take care of my problem for me. He came to my house, picked up the document, and shipped it overnight to his courier. We got the document back with the stamp a few days later. Thanks Phil!

I highly recommend Freedom Mobile and Colorado Apostille Services! I recently had the pleasure of meeting Phil (Owner/Notary) when he travelled to my home to notarize our Estate Planning documents. First, he was prompt and professional. He took his time to explain the process and went over several regulations that most of us are unaware of. More importantly, he was also meticulous in reviewing the notarized documents to ensure that everything was done properly and "by the book" (very Compliance Oriented). Did I forget to mention that he's also a very interesting and nice person! Where do I begin! First off, Phil answered immediately when I called for the very first time I - in a bit of a panic. He was kind, informative and guided me through the steps I needed to get the documents needed overseas to me. Next, of course, was the consistent communication and clarity during the shipping process. He provided shipping documents, updates and checked in to make sure I had indeed received my shipment.
