Their services were affordable, fast. Phil demonstrated patience and reliability, even accommodating multiple reprint requests without charge. I'm so glad I stumbled across Phil and his services. He turned what would have been a confusing, drawn-out, multiple-week ordeal with records into an easy process that just took a few days. He was kind, responsive, and expeditious in all our interactions and I would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks, Phil!

Philip's Apostille courier service was great. He followed through with the service and I received my completed apostilled document very quickly. Will definitely use his service in the future.

Phil did a great job helping me get a Federal Apostille for some documents I needed. He was fast, had great communication, and even dropped the documents off directly to me when they were returned. I would definitely recommend his services, and will use him again when I have a need.

Phil provided prompt service that exceeded my expectations. I contacted Freedom Mobile Notary to ask about a document that I needed apostilled. He returned my call within the hour. After informing him that I live out of state, he offered to save me time by going to the county where my document is filed to pull the record so that I didn’t need to mail my copy to him. He was able to get my document apostilled and overnighted to me the following day. He even provided a backup copy of the original document for my records. I highly recommend using Phil for your notary or apostille needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this mobile notary service! I thought I might need to fly all the way to Colorado to get my property documents notarized, but he went above and beyond to handle everything remotely and even helped me with the filing process. Incredibly quick, convenient, and professional. I’m so appreciative for this kind of service being available when you need it most!

Phillip went above and beyond to help our law firm fulfill a couple out of state Quitclaim Deeds. Not only was he competent, but he reviewed the documents that were sent over and advised us of our defective issue. He was kind enough to overnight the documents to us and provide tracking! His emails were kind, thoughtful, and sincere. He is highly recommended and were so grateful to have his help.

Phil was great. I traveled from El Paso to Denver and he helped me throughout the whole process, he did a great job at explaining everything while I was getting my documents notarized. I highly recommend him and will be using him anytime I’m in the Denver area. If I could, I would give him 100 stars. Thank you, Phil!

Phil made getting our birth certificates apostilled so fast and easy. He knew what birth states required what, made arrangements so fast (as time was of the essence) and came to our house for pick up and drop off and then even overnighted them where they needed to go. Cautioned us to ask questions about needing translation of the docs, for our dual citizenship— stuff our lawyers hadn’t mentioned but could have potentially held up the process and been costly. Turned out not to be an issue but was so thoughtful to think of and pass on. No kidding, going with Freedom saved us days of precious time. So awesome. So professional. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Phil called and me to assist him with a Mass Apostille assignment. What was a call for me to help him turned into him teaching me things I did not learn in training! I really appreciate the time he took with me and his efficiency for his client! Thank you Phil hope
to talk soon!

It was easy to book an appointment that worked with my schedule. Phil was knowledgeable, kind and made the process very easy. I would definitely use the service again and would recommend it to anyone needing notary services in Jefferson County.
