Free Body Physical Therapy

I came in with some hip pain, I am a soccer player that got a hip injury when I was really young. I ignored my injury back then, so it started to flare back up. And I have worked with both mark and Marissa, and they are both great! They are very good at understanding the problem and dealing with it. I am getting much better every time I go!

Working with Michal has been great - he explains everything in very easy to understand terms, and made sure that our plan worked with my schedule. I have seen great results with my knee pain. Issues that I had been experiencing for multiple years are now mostly managed. Highly recommend him and the rest of the office.

Michal Has a very tailored approach to PT. I’ve seen various physical therapists over the years for a chronic injury and Michal is hands-down one of the best I’ve seen. Physical therapy is not one size fits all and Michal goes above and beyond to find a plan that works.

This place has been wonderful. PT is like magic and Dr. Audrie is a wizard. Patient, great at explaining everything and just really supportive in my recovery. Audrie definitely passes the test!!!

As a D3 basketball player, i’ve had my fair share of strains, injuries, and rehab. But no one has helped me bounce back like Marc and his team at FreeBody. High level of care, great facility, wonderful people. Highly recommend.

The team here is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me reduce knee and hip pain for a race. Overall I feel stronger and ran a great race. Highly recommend.

I've had chronic upper back pain that had gotten so bad I couldn't focus at work. I knew I needed to seek care. I'm a few weeks into therapy at free body and would highly recommend. I love that I have one on one dedicated time with my therapist and that she patiently explains each exercise then modifies to help me isolate the right muscles. So far, everything is great and my pain is starting to subside. I Highly recommend!

I hurt my shoulder in October it took me sometime to find a physical therapist, so I was in pain for a couple of weeks. Luckily, I got introduced to Free Body Physical Therapy mid-January. It’s been three weeks and I can confidently say that the support and care I get from Aubrei at FBPT has made such an impact. I’m no longer in pain and I’m learning so much about my body. I enjoy working with Aubrei bc she takes the time to explain things and walks me through exercises diligently which really helps me stay on track with my stretches. Highly recommend trying this space out!

Knowledgeable, kind team. Came in with a recent ankle injury - as well as a lifelong proclivity to falling - and Marissa + team were able to strengthen my feet and alleviate some ongoing pain. Introduced me to dry needling and ended up addressing issues in other parts of my body with this modality. Can't recommend enough!

This is the best Physical Therapy Office I been to. The staff is amazing starting off with Brenda who makes the appointments. She is very friendly and welcoming. Michal is my PT and he is, honestly, the best PT I have ever had. He does an amazing job in tracking the progress I have made and making sure I get the most out of the PT sessions. He is knowledgeable and very professional. This is a 10 out 10 office, highly recommend!

Best care I have received for my back, maybe the best medical care I've gotten ever. The initial assessment was extremely thorough, way WAY beyond what my spine doctors and other PTs had done. Because of that, they started me on a therapy routine that actually helped my pain instead of exacerbating it. Go here!!

Had a great experience with Aubrey at Free Body! She is extremely knowledgeable, taught me all about how my body moves, and coached me on what I can do to improve results and stay pain free. Highly recommend!

Great place. They kept at my issue until we started making progress. Also weren’t afraid to send me out for imaging which is a huge plus. I loved that they recognized that additional help was needed and after that we were able to make a lot of progress. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I happened upon this clinic when searching for a physical therapy option. Michal has been great in helping me in my recovery process. He makes you with hard during sessions and provides challenging exercises that are easy to do at home to continue building strength. He also suggested I try dry needling which was a game changer in my recovery. Everyone that works here is super friendly and I'd be in great hands with any therapist!

Best PT I have had in the city! Came in for groin pain after my first marathon that got healed instantly after 2 sessions! Michal was very intentional with me and asked about any other areas. I have had chronic pains in my chest for a year plus that we looked at. After a few sessions we were able to release the muscles and I have been pain free ever since! Everyone here has been great I will continue to use them as I train for more races!

I am a person who has been struggling with tightness and injury for a few years. The owner called me on a Friday night to get me in asap following a back injury where other clinics took days to get back to me or they didn’t have availability for me. Aubrie is awesome too and I recommend her wholeheartedly!!!

Don't hesitate. This was my second go at PT but this time I was able to stick to it, apply it, and feel better. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are so welcoming and helpful. The true star for me is Michal Czesny. They're engaged, charismatic, and make the appointments fly by. My body felt better from the first visit and it kept improving from there on out. I discovered Free Body PT through Zoc Doc last October, and WOW am I glad I took that recommendation! I've never done physical therapy before, but my primary care physician suggested I try it for my lower back pain I've been experiencing since I started weightlifting over 15 years ago.

I started working with Marc, and just based off of an initial discussion and consultation, he was able to immediately identify some weak muscle groups and an irregular association between body parts and how my and compensates for that. I was given some exercises to help strengthen those muscle groups and dissociate that irregular mind/body association, and I immediately noticed positive ways my body reacted to those exercises.

Since then, I've worked with Michal (his schedule works with mine), and Michal's found additional exercises and stretches to strengthen other muscle...

I'm an amateur strongman competitor recovering from a patellar tendon rupture and subsequent surgery. I initially came into Free Body PT looking for help getting my knee back to competition shape. They helped me strengthen and increase range of motion in my knee and we also dove into some chronic mobility issues in my ankles, hips, and shoulders that have led to injuries throughout my lifting career. After a few months of regular sessions my strength and mobility are the best they've ever been. They do a great job of explaining things so I can take what I learn in our sessions home and put in the work to improve, and then come back with feedback and repeat the process. I would highly recommend Free Body to anyone who is interested in improving their quality of movement.

Marissa Nemec, in particular, is amazing. I arrived with a laundry list of ills and, over a few months of her careful treatment and work at home, they're all better. She also worked with me to develop a list of exercises and stretches for if they begin to recur, which has also been hugely helpful.

I was looking for physical therapy after I injured my ankle playing pickleball. Free Body was able to see me right away. The staff at the clinic were very kind, professional, and accommodating.

I’ve worked with several PTs at the clinic, all of which were very knowledgeable in their assessments and developing a plan including home exercises. Ive had several sessions and I have seen significant improvement in my mobility and strength. They introduced dry needling into my treatment which has also helped with my recovery.

I’m now able to play pickleball again and continue to do the exercises recommended to me.
