Fredrick's Custom Design Pools

We called six pool builders and outlined the scope of our project. Three never called back at all, one came out and then didn’t ever give an estimate or callback, and two actually pursued our approval. Of the final two contractors, we chose Fredrick’s for many reasons. He’s a true Texan that does business with a handshake, tells it to you straight whether you want to hear it or not, and doesn’t ask you for money up front. He’s built most of the pools in our neighborhood and we’ve heard nothing but amazing things for three years prior to selecting him. He also lives close to our neighborhood, so being assured that his customers get first class support years later was a big deal for us, as we’ve never built a pool before.

The entire process was super fun, from design phase, to first dig….all the way to clean up. Fred is good about letting you know when things are happening, what to expect next and when to do what for maintenance. His crews/sub-contractors were ALWAYS on time or early and were respectful and skilled. His manager Justin is knowledgeable and easy to work with as well, making a continued relationship after the build easy as pie. 45 days from dig to completion is a pretty big deal as well, quicker than he promised! He also had no problem with a modular plan, as pool costs these days have ballooned like crazy, and we can’t build the pool house immediately. He helped us figure out how to make a modular plan work for each step.

The top tier equipment and materials he installs is sleek, beautiful and will save us so much money in electricity. We couldn’t be happier, esp because we asked for many things he’d not done before.

Fred and Justin rose to this challenge and we have a gorgeous pool, and will be adding on a pool house soon! Overall, we feel like we got fantastic value for our money! Thank you Fred!
