Fredrick's Custom Design Pools

Frederick and his crew were part of a backyard transformation project. As part of it we remodeled the spa and cping together with complete deck replacement. Fredrick's team did the spa which entailed removing and hauling off a staggering 6 tons of stone! With all the movement across the yard, the grass didn't even look like it had been touched.

Once the demo was done Frederick came up with a more streamlined, modern design. They worked within the parameters of keeping the existing tile and pool surface as it hadn't been that long ago it was redone. They managed to blend it in nicely and the result is fabulous! The coping was replaced with travertine and the gentleman who did the cutting did an excellent job with the curves. They did all this in conjunction with Legacy Custom Pavers who completed the deck.

We are so pleased with our new pool from Fredrick's Custom Design Pools! We had talked about putting in a pool for years, but had heard so many horror stories about unprofessional builders who overcharge or do inferior work. We had a general idea of what type of pool we wanted, but had no idea who to trust with the project. Our home builder did some research for us, and after meeting with Fred we collectively knew he was the man for the job. Fred and his designer helped us with the overall plan, and his AI renderings allowed us to see the completed project from every angle in advance. Our pool was completed in about 35 days, which included a weather delay. Fred came in on time, and on budget. Our pool project is just being completed now. We are really glad we went with this company because they do things right… no cutting corners or trimming back on quality materials or labor to save money. Fred was amazing from the first phone call! He walked us through the process and made life changing suggestions for our pool to achieve the best outcome, along with being 100% transparent. Not to mention, he had the whole thing start to finish in less than a month without sacrificing quality! We used this company to retile and redo our pool floor. The job was that was done was fantastic and my pool looks amazing. Good communication and the job took about 13 calendar days. The only reason it took that long was due to some rain that kind pushed things back. But the craftsmanship done was fantastic.

He didn’t come in and sales us an idea and just dig a hole. He took our general vision and guided us to our final product with his experience. Our project was not cut and dry and all of his advice just made the completion even sweeter without breaking the bank. The guy is straightforward and honest during the process and keeps you updated throughout. We couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to work with. I also want to shout out to his foreman, Justin. Fred builds a great pool! I’ve had 5 pools built before and this one is my favorite. He was hands on the whole time and even after it was built and I was in the hospital for 12 days the man came by and checked on everything so my wife didn’t have to worry about. I bet you can’t find a better company to build your pool than Fredrick’s Custom Design Pools.

From the start of design to completion Fred was there every step of the way! Daily check-ins with workers was common place and he was on site supervising all of the major milestones during construction. Being a first time pool owner Fred has been available to answer all questions after start up. Dealing with Fredericks Custom Pools has been a wonderful experience.

Couldn’t believe how great an experience this was. Fred said he would have it in within 45 days weather permitting. We were swimming in 33 days. We absolutely love the pool!

I highly recommend Frederick’s Custom Pools, my pool needed replastering, new DE filters and other repairs. Very happy with the whole process and great customer service from Frederick’s. My pool looks beautiful, I can’t say enough good things about them, they even did some repair work on my fence. Will never use anyone else!
