We owned a house in Appleton, and the house was pretty small for me, my wife and kids. Too little of a space for all of us. It needed some work, just regular maintenance. We were trying to figure out when I would be able to get everything done in order to get the house listed on the MLS.

I owned a duplex in Green Bay and had a hard time with the tenants. After 15 years, I was ready to be done with the headache. I got a letter from Fox Cities Home Buyers and decided to sell. Corey will walk you through every step very easily. The property needed more money than I was willing to put into it. Due to health reasons, I was not ready to invest more time, energy and money. I would recommend Corey and Fox Cities in any of my future endeavors.
