I owned a duplex in Green Bay and had a hard time with the tenants. After 15 years, I was ready to be done with the headache. I got a letter from Fox Cities Home Buyers and decided to sell. I am so happy to be done. I can sleep at night. It was such an easy process and Zach helped through everything.

We bought the house in Green Bay by Lambeau Field as an investment property. End of January we evicted the tenant and they wrecked the place. Corey will walk you through every step very easily. The property needed more money than I was willing to put into it. Due to health reasons, I was not ready to invest more time, energy and money.
