The Fox Cities Home Buyers Team got me to closing! They kept me updated on the paperwork, scheduling appointments and give reminders. Everyone was so kind and patient throughout the whole process very professional team!

I was contacted by Fox Cities Home Buyers about the selling of my home located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I was in communication with one of their agents by the name of Tyler Kabat. Tyler presented himself in the upmost professional, friendly (and at times humorous) manner. After meeting Tyler in person and talking over the details of the possible selling of my home I am pleased to say that I now regard Tyler as a friend.

My circumstances will differ from other potential sellers but nonetheless they may help you understand I ended up not committing the sell to Fox Cities Home Buyers.

Great to work with from initial meeting with Tyler, to scheduling and information with Elizabeth- the team was great and answered all our questions quickly and helped us understand this process and make it a very smooth transition. Tyler went above and beyond when we were in a pinch to get some last minute documents we needed. The communication was great and the move was easy, with a flexible closing date, and check in's along the way.

When I was first contacted by Fox Cities Home Buyers, we thought it was a scam. When we checked them out and found out they were legit, it still took a while to get through the processes with my wife and my work schedules.

We weren't necessarily looking to sell our house, since we figured we would need to put a bunch of work into it before we could. That all changed when Fox Cities Home Buyers reached out and said they were interested in buying our house. They were very accommodating throughout the process, always responsive to our questions, and just all around easy and pleasant to deal with. The one thing we worried about was how much the offer would be for, but they offered a price that was even better than we expected! Fox Cities Home Buyers were a lifesaver for me! Corey and his team were absolutely great to work with. I had a two story home in Appleton that, due to personal circumstances, I needed to sell. It was a good house that I had lived in for 20 years, but needed some updating and TLC. I am retired and didn't have the resources to fix it up for a realtor sale. I’m not sure how Joey got my number, but he called to see if we wanted to sell our house in Green Bay/Allouez. I was in Florida, so I saved his number. We had the house listed with a commercial property at the time and it wasn’t selling. So, when we got back, I called him to see if he wanted to come look at the house and he came over the same day!
