Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

It was amazing. Front desk receptionist was inviting and guided me through all the paperwork.
Once checked in, Emily was the sweetest person who listened to all of my concerns. She was patient with me and explained every step of what they were going to do to help ease my symptoms. I had gone to a different ER 3 weeks ago and the person who saw me yelled at me and said I was fine and just needed Advil. It scared me to go back to any ER but things got bad enough after 3 more weeks so I took the chance based off of a review from my mother in law. The Dr. was just as kind and listened to everything I had to say. No one made me feel dumb and I finally got treatments and meds that made me feel better within 12 hours. It’s amazing how much better you feel with a good team that listens and aims to help you.
Side note, when waiting in our room, we could hear the team joking and laughing with one another when they weren’t running from room to room. It was wonderful hearing how fun that team was and how well they seemed to work together.
Thank you so much for what you did. I may still be coughing, but I have felt HUGE relief and haven’t thrown up once today. First day in 2 weeks without vomit. Thank you thank you thank you
