My experience at Fountain Hills Medical Center was as excellent as possible in an emergency situation. The building is new and immaculate, it was not crowded, they have all the equipment they need to give you top-quality care and treatment, and the staff was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. They even have individual rooms with walls instead of curtains as dividers. I could trust right way that I was in good hands. I saw a doctor throughout. I rang the call button once and a nurse was there immediately. The only minor complaint I have was it was cold in the room, but they were generous in trying to keep me as comfortable as possible. We are blessed to have this new facility in town.
