Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

I had a problem with my knee which caused severe pain. When I arrived I was given forms to fill out before I was seen. They were pretty much the standard forms but did take some time to fill out. After that I was taken to a room and my BP, temperature, and other normal test were given. The doctor came in and checked my knee and determined that I had swelling and fluid in the knee. He had an x-ray taken. After the x-ray was reviewed he determined nothing serious was wrong and gave me medication to correct the problem. Great service and no long waits.

No appointment but I got in and was seen quickly. The staff and especially Dr Slively were professional, thorough and responsive. The facility is modern, clean and convenient. I definitely recommend them.

This was hands down the best er experience I have ever had they were very thorough and actually did a physical exam looked at my ears looked in my throat and felt my lymph nodes actually made me feel like they were hearing my problems and thank God they did because the day before I was at urgent care and The doctor on call that day just wanted to rush me out and put me on steroids come to find out I had a bad infection in my Gland and lymph node And if I waited much longer I would’ve been admitted to the hospital thank you so much today for that care team this was 100% in my book thank you

The staff is kind, efficient, professional! I've been twice in the past year and I left healthier then I went in. I will continue to use them but hopefully not a lot!

I came in for care and the staff was so nice and took really good care of me. I would definitely recommend Fountain Hills Medical Center to anyone needing Emergency treatment.

Was taken care of by an extremely friendly and efficient staff on a very busy Sunday. They were able to get me in and out in under four hours whereas any other ED in the valley would have had a 4 hour+ wait just to be seen. I'm on the road to recovery now, and I can't thank the staff of Fountain HIlls emergency room enough for their attention and care!

I was seen very quickly with professional and friendly care. They listened to my problem and took steps immediately to help the situation.

I needed assistance to repair a leak in my woundVAC tube!
The staff was knowledgeable, quick and very nice. It also gave me a chance to personally thank one of the nurses, and the doctor who treated me back on Valentine’s Day!
The crew at Saguaro and Shea Blvd. are close by, as well as very competent. Fountain Hills is lucky to have them there for our emergencies!

The team at FHM is so pleasant! ER trips are never fun, nor are they typically fast, however FHM is not your normal ER. They are kind, efficient and fast. They have all the equipment any ER in town would but what sets them above is the personable service. Thank you!

I was in a lot of pain in my eye. They devised a way to use the saline drip bag to flush it. The staff and doctor was wonderful.

Fountain Hills ER and Med Center is great for the rural area it serves - no waiting (unlike Honor Shea), great staff, new facility, and quality care. This was a busy weekend for my family - daughter needed stitches, and I fell into a barrel cactus, requiring incision / removal of thorns…. Don’t like to go to ER, but sure is nice to know it’s there when you need it. Thank you Fountain.Hills ER and Med Center !!!

My husband and I went to FHMCAZ for a COVID test. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. After learning that our test results were positive, we were offered an infusion to help with our symptoms. Were were happy to get one.
We were very impressed with FHMCAZ!

Awesome place, patient care, pain and comfort come first! Would highly recommend, I had a broken wrist from a fall on sidewalk!!!

Everything was great, and I was in pain and they took me right back. Loved my doctor, and the X-ray tech Al, plus the receptionist and nurses. Being older I’ve had 4 visits to emergency rooms and this one was by far the best!

It was a comfortable experience. Everyone was professional, thorough, helpful and took the time to walk me through my situation. I am thankful this facility is nearby.

I went there after an accident. Was seen immediately, was given a CT scan, a diagnosis and a copy of the scan, all within an hour! I was so impressed.
