Amazing Urgent Care facility. Dr Bair and all the staff were attentive and identified my health issue and was able to assist. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

They gave my wife excellent care after a fall last year & when I was experiencing a lot of pain, she convinced me to go in. I think it was my first visit to an urgent care, and it took a lot of convincing.

Excellent facility. I had fallen and was fairly sure I fractured a bone in my elbow. I checked in and was called to the exam before I even got the paperwork done. my admitting nurse was caring and kind. Dr. Mead was friendly, knew his stuff, and spent time explaining the problems. The facility had the equipment to perform x-rays and then a CT scan right away. The results were interpreted immediately. Dr. Mead contacted a surgeon and got me all set up after consulting with him over the results. Al was my x-ray and CT technician. He was gentle, took great x-rays of high quality and great positioning. Being in the medical field myself, I know great x-ray positioning when I see it! The staff person that applied my temporary splint was also kind and gentle and skilled. I highly recommend this facility - even if you have to drive by some other ER to get there! I am super thankful to have FHMCAZ so close to my home. This was my 2nd visit (1st time was for me, but this visit was for my son who is 10.) They took amazing care of him and the doctor on staff was excellent! He pretty much nailed what was going on, but wanted to refer us to PCH for confirmation and supportive treatment under specialized pediatric doctors.

I loved Fountain hills er and medical center what an bc amazing staff and were able to get me transported to Sonoran crossing honor health. I had no idea how serious a problem I had and they handled it so well I recommend this facility to everyone in fountain hills and Scottsdale They really care about you

This was the quickest ER visit i have ever had. The Dr. Was attentive and made sure all my concerns were met. It is wonderful to have this kind of care in Fountain Hills.

Went into Fountain Hills Medical Center today. I was treated with the utmost compassion and courtesy from the moment we entered the building. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and kind. Very efficient as well. Went in and the nurse named Liz was very calm compassionate, and professional..all rolled into one! She was very gentle with everything she did for me. Dr Scott Schleifer was also very kind, reassuring, efficient and thorough. I can't say enough about how well I was treated!

Took exceptional care of me, wait was not long to be seen, staff is all excellent, they made me as comfortable as possible for the situation and arranged transfer to hospital once situation was confirmed. They are a great team with depth and breadth of skill and the equipment to analyze and resolve a wide variety of issues.
