Everyone is so helpful and nice. The service is top notch and it's one stop help!

I had to use the emergency room on a Friday afternoon for a minor issue. It was the first time I’d been there. The staff were all extremely friendly. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes!

Excellent care on all levels and I thank them.

I've had the opportunity to visit both the Primary Care and ER side of the house. Staff is friendly.
Primary Care side - Paula's name is still on the door but I haven't been assigned her when I've visited for my last 2 colds. Lisa was fine, but not as genuine as my visits with Paula. Paula listened and asked appropriate follow up questions (which is helpful because sometimes you forget all the things you want to say, or don't think that something that's bothering you is actually a symptom). Lisa was friendly but during my two visits with her she seemed rushed. Visit one may have been based off of my attitude when she walked in the door, but with my latest visit I still got the same vibe.
ER side - They aren't as busy as most ERs that you've been to, so you get seen fairly quickly. The staff is all professional. You feel cared for and 'seen'.

Attentive, kind, professional

Very serious nose bleed, something I had never experienced in my 78 years. I drove myself to the center and they took me right in.
I felt very confident with the entire staff as they treated me.
Having the center located here in Fountain Hills was certainly a plus.
The nose was literally gushing out both nostrils and I needed IMMEDIATE Attention. End result, after and short time they had gotten the bleeding under control with a clotting procedure and I was free to go after about an hour.

The nursing staff is awesome...my booties were stickin to floor when I tried to walk?!? Rooms are weirdly shape making them very small, especially for a big guy. Lol

Boy , the beds there are very uncomfortable, especially when ur in pain. But care was very good. 👍

They are absolutely amazing and fast I was there for an hour and they got me very thing done and diagnosed

Went to Fountain Hills Medical Center & ER today. Very pleased with my experience there today from the front desk to the male nurse and the doctor very professional and thorough. So glad to have this hospital here in town. I definitely recommend them!!

High praise for this Medical Center ER. Everyone was so professional and cheerful and made me feel so comfortable being there that I was going to get great care. And I certainly did. Dr. Mead came to see me early on and listened attentively to my physical complaints. The nurses were fantastic and kind. So blessed to have this facility so close to home.

Staff was efficient, patient, and very knowledgeable.

Brought my sister in today for acute stomach flu that didn’t go away in over a week the facility was great. Absolutely no waiting and we were in and out within three hours. She felt better immediately afterwards thanks again.

How fortunate to have a state-of-the-art facility in our community! Immediate action, including a CT Scan, was provided making my injury far less traumatic. The staff, Krysta, Chris (RN) and Dr. Mead were kind, caring, professional and extremely competent. I left knowing my needs were met and all instructions were clear. This local experience far exceeded experiences I have had in other emergency rooms - FAR EXCEEDED. Again, I am thankful we have this facility in Fountain Hills.
