Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Update: I received a call from someone to see how I was feeling. I started to tell her not well and we somehow got disconnected. She never called back and when I tried to call her back I kept getting voicemail. This made me very sad. Went here last night for first time. Do not have enough words to describe my positive and good experience here even though I was in a lot of pain. Shout out to my two amazing nurses who took care of me, Christine and Angelanae. To all the staff thank you.

They treated me like I was the only patient in the hospital friendly professional staff

Fell in my bathroom and needed stitches/staples for laceration on the back of my head..midnight on a Friday night. The exceptional folks working the night shift had me scanned, diagnosed, mended, and out in about 90 minutes! Incredible! What a great asset to our community.

The best experience at an emergency room. MD on staff paid careful attention to me. You’d never know I split my leg open.

They were great. The doctor was fast and efficient and very caring. All of the staff did a wonderful job. So fortunate to have this facility in Fountain Hills.

Everyone that addressed my problem was so professional, pleasant & kind. I was diagnosed and informed of the details they were going to perform. I had total confidence in their knowledge & diagnosis. I gave 5 stars because my experience couldn't have been any better!!

It was clean , quiet, everybody (nurses, doctor, X-ray tech) was ver pleasant, professional and helpful.

Fromm the moment i walked into the ER, I felt peace. The ladies at the desk were so incredibly personable, kind, empathetic…the list goes on. This continues with the nurse and the physician. I will never go anywhere again. Thank you so much for everything you do ❤️
