I had a GREAT experience at the FH Medical Center!!! From the moment I walked in until the time I left, everything was VERY efficient and professional and the place is meticulously clean!!!

I was taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving and the nurse and doctor both saw me within 15 minutes of being placed in an examining room.

The diagnosis was done quickly and the x-ray and CT scan were administered back to back….the blood test results and scan results were given to me VERY quickly…the doctor (Scott S.) was very good at communicating what my issues weee and how to remedy them.

I strongly recommend this facility for any urgent care needs. Top notch staff all thru the organization.

Very impressed with the ER& medical center. The facility was sparking clean. The doctor was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and gave me excellent care. The nurse was caring and very personable. I’m new to Fountain Hills and delighted to find such an efficient facility.

I got taken right in right away and was treated and on my way in less than hour.

This is the absolute best ER &Medical Center in the Valley. I have received nothing short of exemplary care every time I have been seen. The physicians and every staff member on site, the Nurses to Radiology to Medical Assistants and front office coordinators treat you with genuine kindness and respect. They are very diligent in obtaining the best testing and treatment available to ensure you are diagnosed and treated appropriately. They do not treat like you are just another patient or seeking treatment for medications which so many hospitals do these days. They actually listen and fix you. 😊

I love the Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center because everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Fountain Hills ER is my go to when unexpected medical events occur. Why?? Because they LISTEN. They collaboratively work with the patient to put together a plan of care. They are easy to talk to and I have NEVER had an extensive wait time.
The care is excellent and comprehensive —something that is not common in todays health care environment.
