I loved Fountain Hills Medical Center. It’s very clean, efficient, friendly, personal. I got to review my actual CT scan with the doctor. Also, got a written report. Got the right meds ordered. Couldn’t ask for more.

They have 99.5% of what anyone needs and the wait was significantly shorter than HH on Shea. Friendly staff and clean facility. Will choose this ER 10 out of 10.

I was able to get treatment and diagnosis very quickly by an amazing group of professionals. The doctor, nurse, and rest of team were very kind and friendly at a time when it was very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate if I or my family needed their services again.

This place was amazing! I was having chest pains and my doctor said to go to a Scottsdale ER, so I did. After waiting 2 hrs in a not so clean waiting room I just said forget it I'm going home to fth hls. I came here and was amazed! Clean, friendly, no waiting list. They have all the equipment that the big places have and did all my tests right there. I'll never go anywhere else.

Very concerned with my problems. Very helpful and a strong interest in making my visit as stress less as possible. Very minimal waiting to see the doctor and receiving care.

I’m visiting from CO and needed something checked out that was concerning. They took good care of me and ran tests to rule out things. I’m always nervous about the IV being put in my vein because I’ve had bad experiences in the past at other places but they did it painlessly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Anytime I am in town and need to be seen this is where I will go.

All the staff was super great, friendly, very efficient ! I love all of the staff! Emily my nurse is a super great person and Dr Mead was also a great person, made me feel comfortable!

First class facility, treatment, and personnel! Dr Mead was thorough and explained everything. Nurse Jenny handled all the rest. Highly recommend!

How can we help?

I originally went to Urgent Care, however, they were not able to see me immediately. I walked over to the ER and had a 5 or 10 minute wait before being called back. This was my second visit to the ER. The staff was pleasant and professional and treated me with respect. They were also very concerned for my issue. They were thorough in my examination and I left there feeling slightly better with prescription in hand. My previous trip to the ER was exactly the same. If necessary I would not hesitate to go back there.

Wonderful experience with my toddler. Physician and nurses provided excellent care with minimal wait. This facility was able to complete labs, tests and X-ray all on site. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and am grateful it’s so close to our home.

It was my first time using this facility and I was very impressed. Everyone there was so compassionate and caring. I was attended to promptly and checked on regularly until my test results came back. Everything was explained to me and I was released with instructions and my prescriptions ordered.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and caring! They put me at ease right away and answered all of my questions.
