Fast service. Great staff!

As far as experiences in an ER goes, I couldn’t have asked for a better one. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to go in on Christmas. The staff was more than accommodating to my situation and walked me through every test, process, etc that had happened so I understood what was going on. They helped me remain calm and gave me the best care. So thankful for the staff!

Treated my grandson with care. He got the attention he needed for his illness.

I came into Fountain Hills ER & Medical center with some unusual symptoms. Dr. Scott Schleifer and his female nurse Reagan saw me within 15 minutes of arrival. They both addressed the situation as professionals would. Reagan definitely was A+ : Kind, respectful, and certainly supported patient rights, grateful for her. Doctor Scott did his job and certainly wanted to provide the most optimal care. They helped me out today, thank you.

I love fountain hills ER because they make the whole process so breezy. The nurses are kind and Drs are so quick to help you. You are in and out quicker than any other place that’s for sure.

I visited the emergency room the day after Christmas and was amazed at the professionalism at the facility. The nurses were excellent. the doctors superior ,and the facilities, immaculate. I recommend this facility to anyone who has a less than critical need for medical attention.

5 Stars from the time I got there to the time I left. It was Christmas Day and to be quite frank, I didn’t expect anyone wanted to be working. The gal at reception greeted us with a smile and very efficiently handled the intake. Had a 5 minute wait and was called back by a very pleasant and efficient nurse who took all the vitals. A few minutes later the doc came in and completed his exam and did what had to be done. He answered all my questions and I felt very well cared for. Then back to the nurse who did what had to be done and discharged me shortly thereafter. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with my treatment would recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely a highly efficient and thorough emergency center with a short wait time and staff that is efficient, caring and professional.

The facility was aw aware of my pain

Dr. Bair listened to me with intent and followed through with acute treatment. The entire staff was very pleasant and sympathetic to my condition. I would high recommend this location.

Excellent facility. No waiting time. The staff is extremely nice. The place is very clean. I have gone there a few times and never had a bad experience.

Treatment is explained in detail. Treated as an adult and not an old lady. Really appreciate that.
