Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

From the first call to me stepping on the property everyone was so professional and skilled. Best experience I've ever had at a urgent care or emergency room care facility.

Unlike the usual ER experience, I was one of two patients in the entire ER… Staff was friendly, helpful and kept me comfortable throughout and prescribed treatment was later confirmed by my Vascular Surgeon. The entire experience was as pleasant as a trip to the ER could be.

The only negative was that despite being the only patient there, my entire visit still took 3+ hours b/c they had to electronically send the CAT Scan results somewhere to be read. Of course, this could be true in a big city ER as well, I don’t know, and a full time radiologist in this ER would also not be cost effective.

Dr Ezueme and staff were very professional; caring; and attentive. All did their best to listen to my concerns and explain all treatments and make sure I was comfortable at all times. We are very lucky to have this facility here hour town.

Attentive and quick to process needs.

They were professional, kind, caring and efficient on seeing me and giving me a diagnosis. I was seen immediately. They explained my diagnosis and answered any and all questions I had. While waiting for my test, they came in to let me know how long for the results. Not only are they close but they are a full fledged emergency medical center. We are lucky to have Fountain Hills ER and medical center rather than just an urgent care.

Went in around 10pm on a Monday night for a cut finger that needed stitches. Two different nurses were checking up on me and they were both great. The doctor was quick and sewed my finger up in about 10 mins. Much better than sitting in any other ER for hours and hours. Very clean office and efficient staff/doctors.

My 2 nurses were very attentive, gentle and sensitive and I felt well cared for. ER doctor was also very nice, let me ask a ton of questions and was very reassuring. They listened to me. You don’t always get that from people who tend to rush in and out so fast.
