Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

The Fountain Hills ER and Medical center is a great facility for several reasons.

(It’s ver convenient for FH residents
2) it’s open 24 hours a day
3) the staff have always been helpful
4) they have the facilities to do x-rays and CT scans on the premises
5) they provide a written report of findings
6) the nurse patiently goes over lab results
and explains everything clearly
7) the facility is clean and modern
What else could I want. Everyone should use this facility if they want good service.

My visit to Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center was great. I was able to get checked in and see a doctor quickly. Everyone was very polite and considerate.

Very caring staff. Dr. Mead’s bedside manner is calming, attentive. His experience and knowledge is very evident. I highly recommend this faculty. A physician is ALWAYS on site.

What a wonderful facility. It is very clean, fast and the people are on top of the care! I really thought the doctors were amazing. The 1st I saw did not spend much time with me but immediately said what he thought we were dealing with and went to ordering tests and those happened fast! And yes, his diagnose was spot on!! He began action immediately with the results and kept me for observation...very wise move. The next doctor watched and adjusted the care as the night and next day carried on. He even delivered rough news with such care. I was transported to the hospital safely to continue more intense care. All in all...HIGHLY RECO for any urgent care needs, this is where we will go moving forward.

As a snowbird and advancing in an age I was fortunate to find FHMC urgent care. Dr Mead listen to my concern and order CT scans. After reviewing my scans my concerns were resolved. The outside appearance of FHMC resembles a B/W or Ramada Inn. Don’t let that influence you. This a very professional caregiver.

Excellent nursing staff and physicians. Was seen right away, made correct diagnosis and we were on our way.

It was nice except the first day at the last minute they found out that they didn’t do EKAG and they had problems with machine and took longer time to fix it and do the procedure. The second time on Sunday I was there was very nice.

Staff was friendly and provided good communication.

I am very impressed with Fountain Hills , ER and Medical Center. Reason for this is after my first visit they were not only congenial, but they were aware of I had been a patient there recently and asked about my condition. There was a minimum get to see the doctor.(or in the case of the medical Center, the PA). Being from the Chicago area, I am used to reasonable care, but nothing like this.

The staff here were very helpful. With their state of the art equipment they were able to make my diagnosis quickly.

I will always go there everytime I have an emergency situation. Hardly any waiting room time! They got me in quickly, observed my situation, diagnosed me and ordered an ambulance to take me to the hospital for surgery. The room was ready and the paramedics picked me up and settled me into my room. The staff were very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and everything that you need in this situation.

Very professional staff, who truly take the time to discuss your situation and answer all of your questions. What I also like is they smile and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend the Fountain Hills ER and Medical center! First class experience.

I love FHMC and ER. Excellent caring and knowledgeable staff. Very polite and understanding especially to me as I am one of those Senior Citizens . They made me feel safe and at ease. Listened to what I had to say and were attentive to me. The receptionist is so gracious and sets the tone for the environment. Each nurse, technician and Dr Mead were understanding of my plight! They made me comfortable, explained what they were doing and discussed treatment with me. Compassion, knowledge, attentive to the patient’s needs and kindness. Wonderful medical care! Recently had the need to go to Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. They explained everything as they treated me so I could fully understand my treatment. I would definitely go there again if needed.
