Very well, i was very pleased

It was good for the most part, lengthy wait once I got in a room. One phlebotomist did not have good skills but the first one was good even though she had a hard time sticking me. The doctor ended up having to do it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful

The hospital staff and doctors were amazing. They could tell we were scared when it came to our child and they were so patient and kind and answered all questions. The facility is quiet and very clean. The observation rooms are roomy and comfortable!

Because we had a very wonderful staff nurses are great and doctors were very efficient

I fell at McDowell Mountain regional Park the day before, and sort of put together a bandage. The next day I was eating across the street and saw fountain Hills ER. I decided what the heck

They took my insurance they help dress my wound. the doctor came in and asked me if there was anything else I needed.

Hands down the Best Urgent Care, this 52 year old mom has ever taken any of my four kids! Zero wait time. Super friendly staff. Nurse was incredibly empathetic to both my daughter and myself. In and out in 45 minutes. I would give more stars if I could. This staff is Amazing. Please don't change anything. You guys rock.

The doctors and nurses were all really kind and took me seriously. They were good about explaining tests and everything to me before they did them. I was seen very quickly and did not have to wait long at all for anything.

We have 2 elderly Mom's and FH ER is by far the absolute best!!
We have visited a few times and they are on it each time, just wonderful.
Learned something new last night: they are able to take patients overnight for antibiotics and monitor. They took such great care of my Mom and told me if needed, bring her back.
EVERYONE is just amazing and so kind, Love them all and can't thank them enough, Thank you Fountain Hills ER!:)

The doctors and staff at the Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center. They are very professional and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone that needs medical attention. I certainly am impressed with this facility and glad it’s available in Fountain Hills.

Fountain hills ER and medical center is always a pleasant experience when it comes to ER visits. Thank goodness the residents of Fountain hills have this ER and medical center available to us. We all dread going to the ER for so many reasons, long waits packed waiting rooms, too few doctors and most of all, are we going to catch something while we are there? At Fountain Hills ER and medical center we don’t have any of those issues! The staff is friendly, there is hardly any wait time, the facility is very clean and the doctors are not overwhelmed with too many patients. One more reason Fountain Hills is a great place to live!

They were Great everyone treated us really nice and they were really very efficient from the grill in the front office and the first Man I saw to the one who took the X-ray they were all very nice

Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Care I received was top notch.

Took time to talk with me and explain everything in layman’s terms. He was cheerful and upbeat and I left feeling I had a thorough exam. Overall, a very positive experience.
