Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

I prefer fountain Hills ER. It’s fast and easy and they take care of you well.

The staff was pleasant and very professional when I went there for my emergency. I was there for a couple hours and they were attentive the entire time. I would recommend Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center to anyone having an emergency!

I was at F. Hills ER 3 times in the last few weeks. I could not have been more satisfied. I had 3 different nurses and each one was pleasant, patient, and very capable handling the jobs they were assigned. Also, I saw
Dr. Mead each of the 3 times. He was very pleasant and patient and most importantly he could not have done a better job in treating my severe injury that I received when I fell.
Except for my first visit when I had to wait quite a while for an empty room, I was treated within a relatively short period of wait time.
I have told all my friends and family about Dr. Mead’s medical care as well as the auxiliary care and attention of the staff.
I could not have been more satisfied in any way.

The intake person at the desk was not very attentive for my check in. She ignored me when I was standing behind someone she was visiting with and I had to interrupt that I was done with the paperwork. Waited an hour to see someone

Everyone was so polite and friendly and efficient. I walked in and got help right away and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy for me before I left so I could go pick it up as soon as I left the clinic.

They are so helpful and pleasant. They give me enough time to talk and they listen. They don’t rush me through test results like we’re on some assembly line. I hate doctors who have to see 20 patients an hour. I don’t go back to those doctors. I find new ones until I’m satisfied. Cindy Nahrgang.
