I have been to Fountain Hills ER several times and have always been more than satisfied with the care. Also I appreciate the courtesy and kindness.

I presented at 3am so it was very quiet. The front desk gentleman took my insurance information quickly and within 10 min a RN came out to bring me back. Justin was my nurse and he was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Stavridis treated me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose me quickly and had me done within about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your urgent care needs. I know a lot about ED's....I didn't tell them I am a RN myself with ED/Trauma background :-).

I was impressed with the high quality of care I received during my short hospital stay. Should I ever need such services in the future I will not hesitate to make Fountain Hills Medical Center my first choice!

It was a good experience during bad circumstances having to go to ER. Everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful. They took very good care of me and also followed up. I had to call them after leaving due to unavailability of one of the prescriptions and they took care of it right away.

It was professional, friendly, and I was taken care of in a timely manner.

I went to FountainHills ER Medical Center and the doctor was excellent, and he told me that he admitted had to be admitted and that was good

Fountain Hills ER was incredible. We are from out of state. My son was feeling ill for three days and I’m so glad I found this ER center. Dr. Mead was so nice and helpful. He and his team of staff were so supportive. Thanks again for the incredible support you gave my son and I.

I thought staff was caring and knowledgeable but I forgot to ask for something I could put in my eye to help with the pain. It's still very painful and red.

I can honestly say my experience at this ER was the best emergency room experience I've ever had. Shockingly great staff that are on top of everything.

I loved the care I recently received from Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center. I was taken back right away and given a diagnosis and treated. The nurse that attended me was amazing and made me feel really comfortable. I will be going back for any future ER visits!!
