Fountain Hills ER is so professional and expeditious.

I recently had to visit the Fountain Hills ER and medical center. My honest review is that:
1) it’s wonderful that it is open 24 hours and even on weekends making it very convenient.
2) the lobby wait times can be quite long.
3) Dr Mead was very helpful in explaining everything and making me understand where I might be making a mistake and how to improve my meds.
4) Kendra, the nurse who attended me , in my opinion, needs to improve her bedside manner. Being argumentative and curt with patients is a bit frustrating when you are not feeling well.
5) Too, the CT / X-ray technician, was very helpful and she was cheerful as well.
Overall, I was happy with my experience.

The care at Fountain Hills ER was excellent. All the staff were personable and very competent. I felt I was in good hands there. I would recommend it to anyone in need of care.

I LOVE FOUNTAIN HILLS MEDICAL CENTER for many reasons. I live in FOUNTAIN HILLS , so it is convenient for me. Each experience has been fantastic, all visits have been very positive. Nurse Practitioner,Debra Palka is top notch! Office staff ,Mayssa,& Cheryl are the Best.

My husband and I have used this medical center several times AND we are so happy to have this so close ! The staff and the care has been nothing but superior and very helpful .

Very helpful

I had an emergency with blood clots in my lungs showed up without an appointment.
The entire staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The hospital was clean, modern and efficient. Tests and scans were done and I was out in approximately 4 hours with the results and medication!

They really took an interest in the problem and did everything they could to make it better:

Little to no waiting, nurses were very good.

Fortunately, I’ve only needed to visit twice. Both times, the staff has been curious, caring and very professional.

The doctor was fine and the nurses were lovely. As a self-payer I found the fee exorbitant for a sprained ankle…$2000!!
