Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

I received excellent and compassionate care at FH ER.

Fountain Hills Medical Center went all out, above and beyond in everything. The Drs are top notch (in my opinion, they’re 100% in Qualification’s, they’re the most knowledgeable, their TLC tops all, and they employ the best, of the best). I will never ever go back to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Phoenix Campus ED nor will I go to HonorHealth ED nor St Joe’s/Dignity Health,… and you can bet your last dollar 💵 on it.

This is my second visit to the FH ER, ... here's my assessment: highly competent staff and medical personnel, very short wait, listened to me carefully, dx and treatment were on target. This facility holds high value for me!

It’s never good to have to go to the Emergency Room however I was in such great care with the team at FHMC 24 hr emergency!! They were so kind and caring. I would 100% go to them again. Hopefully I don’t have to but if I do, they will be my first stop! Thank you so much Dr. Schleifer and team!!

It is nice to have some things so efficient close by and quick with excellent medical staff and urgent care

I brought my little one in here after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bike, they were so kind and professional and moved him in quickly thank you so much for taking great care of us! By far the best facility for miles around!

Fast intake, outstanding communication, in house labs and networked XRay tech speeds everything up. Nurses and doctors are experienced and empathetic. I definitely recommend FHMC over the other larger hospital ERs.

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant to work with I would recommend your facility to anyone.

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

They were very helpful when I broke my arm mountain biking.

Staff was great from check-in desk to nurse to doctor felt like family. Very short wait time took care of my pain within minutes and understood my situation and status nothing to complain about what soever highly recommend FHMCAZ 10 stars from me thanks again you guys were great

The staff at the ER was great,super friendly and very helpful. They were professional and did a excellent job caring for me.

They are convenient and have capabilities beyond a urgent care center

What a fabulous facility! Can’t praise it highly enough. A friend visiting me from the UK fell and fractured her ankle in 3 places and whilst traumatic and frightening for her, everybody we saw there throughout the whole process was extremely efficient & friendly, quickly putting her at ease. From the lovely receptionist, to Chelsea the nurse and both doctors on duty we saw throughout the evening. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you so much!

The staff took great care of me after a scary fall. I came in panicked and unsure of what had happened and I was given immediate attention. Within minutes of arriving I was getting patched up. The bedside manner of the staff was incredible. They gave me so much peace of mind. The facility is also very nice. Super grateful to have this center in town.

The staff was very professional and I received results quickly. I know it was busy and they kept me informed . I was transferred to the hospital and the time frame they told me was spot on.
