Staff is skilled and kindly. The doctor and techs listened to my situation and responded accordingly. I turned a corner in my treatment because of Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center.

I appreciate Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center very much!! I was treated in the ER last weekend on Saturday and Sunday! Everyone was kind, caring and professional. The doctor was thorough in his treatment of my medical needs. I felt like I received great care! Thank you to the medical professionals who work around the clock for us.

I had a positive experience at the FH's ER. From the moment I checked in I was taken to a room much quicker than I expected. The nurses were very attentive to my concerns as well as the Dr. Thank you to everyone for your compassion!

The only extremely pressing concern that I currently am experiencing ((from my 1st visit there) is that I have a $3k+ pending bill because a portio of my ER visit was coded as "Out of Network" for my work UHC medical plan, which I guess I need to resolve by spending (hopefully not) a lot of time attempting to reach a knowledgeable LIVE person to assist me.

Very comforted and reassured by Dr Nick Stavridis (a real doctor)!! He eased all my concerns when I couldn't move my left arm.

My husband had food poisoning and was well cared for. Though we were pretty sure what it was they were very careful to look for other possible causes. Very pleased and so happy we have them nearby. Caring and professional.

Recently my wife and I visited the Fountain Hills Medical Center. We were seen by Dr. Shah Manish. Dr. Manish, conducted a thorough examination, and provided onsite medications, with prescriptions to our local pharmacy for at home care.

Dr. Manish and is staff at the FHMC are a great asset to our community.

I had an excellent experience with Fountain Hills ER. Everyone was so kind and attentive, taking care of my needs and discharging me without a lag time. I’m grateful to have them nearby!

Brought hubby here and he was quickly checked in. The nurse (Borol ?) was friendly and efficient and Dr. Mead ran several tests and explained everything to us with results. We’re so used to hospitals that are extremely busy and overwhelmed with long waits. Not here. Thank you 🙏🏽

My teenage son was seen after being hit in the ribs with a baseball. From the front desk staff to the nurse, CT scan technician and doctor, everyone was extremely attentive and compassionate. He was seen pretty quickly and his care was handled efficiently so could return home with appropriate pain control. I would definitely recommend this facility. On top of the excellent care, The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. It’s too bad we don’t have one in Tolleson/Avondale area.
